Membership Classifications
There are three types of membership at Magnolia Creek and South Shore Harbour: Associate Golf, Full Golf, and Unlimited Golf.

Associate Golf Members have full use of all club facilities at Magnolia Creek, South Shore Harbour, The Oaks, Panther Trail, and Lake Windcrest, and pay a “member green fee” and “member cart fee” when playing golf.

Full Golf Members have full use of all club facilities at Magnolia Creek, South Shore Harbour, The Oaks, Panther Trail, and Lake Windcrest, and pay only a “member cart fee” when playing at their home clubs (Magnolia Creek and South Shore Harbour) as member green fees are included when Full Golf Members play at their home clubs.

Unlimited Golf Members have full use of all club facilities at Magnolia Creek, South Shore Harbour, The Oaks, Panther Trail, and Lake Windcrest and pay neither a green nor cart fee when playing at their home clubs (Magnolia Creek and South Shore Harbour).  They pay an Associate member green and cart fee when playing Canongate Texas away clubs (Canongate at The Woodlands/Lake Windcrest).

All membership categories include the primary member’s spouse and any children that are under the age of 23 and living at home.  This means that the entire family has access to the club and its facilities.  If a member is unmarried, the membership shall include only the primary member and any children living at home under the age of 23.

Unlimited Range Balls & Practice Area Use
All members are enrolled in the Annual Driving Range Program.  This program provides the entire family with unlimited access to range balls at all Canongate locations.  Members can choose to pay for the range program with one annual payment of $199 or four quarterly payments of $60. 

Player Development Program 
Magnolia Creek and South Shore Harbour Members have the option of adding our Player Development Program to their membership. Benefits include: $15 half hour lessons, $30 hour long lessons, seasonal programming and discounts on specialized services. You can add this program to your membership for $25/month (single) or $40/month (family).
       
Tee Times at Magnolia Creek and South Shore Harbour
Magnolia Creek and South Shore Harbour members can begin reserving weekend tee times at their home clubs on the preceding Tuesday.  Weekday tee times can be made up to seven days in advance.

Golf Privileges at Four Locations
All Canongate members have seven day a week access to Magnolia Creek, South Shore Harbour, The Oaks, Panther Trail, and Lake Windcrest.

Guest Fees
Members are welcome to bring guests to the club.  The pre-tax guest fees at The Oaks and Panther Trail are $56 weekdays and $71 weekends. The pre-tax guest fees at Magnolia Creek and South Shore Harbour are $55 weekdays and $70 weekends.  The pre-tax guest fees at Lake Windcrest are $46 weekdays and $56 weekends.  The number of guests allowed per member may be subject to certain restrictions during high demand periods.

General
One of the great things about membership is that members are not locked into a long-term commitment and can easily exit the club if needed.  After the initial 12-month commitment of the membership, the club simply requires 30 days written notice for resignations.  Members are responsible for applicable dues and charges during the 30-day notice period, and non refund of any pre-paid fees, including quarterly or annual dues, will be made if a member elects to resign.  If a member elects to resign within the first 12 months, a $300 cancellation fee applies.

Member can change membership classifications, but must stay at the new classification for at least one year before changing again.  Upgrading to certain classifications may require payment of an initiation fee. 

Applications for membership will be reviewed by club management.  No membership shall become effective until it is accepted by the club and all applicable fees and charges have been paid.
